Why are Super Snouts hemp-derived products for pets different from others in the market?

Our hemp-derived products are ORGANICALLY, GROWN IN THE USA BY USA FARMERS, GMO-FREE, PESTICIDE FREE, SOLVENT FREE, AND WITH NON-DETECTABLE THC. All of the plants for our broad spectrum hemp products are grown in the U.S.A. using organic farming practices and cultivated with naturally developed genetic strains of industrial hemp.  We never use imported hemp for any of our hemp-derived Broad Spectrum or Isolate products. Cold, enclosed, and continuous manufacturing processes prevent the degradation of natural molecules during extraction and purification.  This state-of-the-art technology ensures a broad-spectrum oil that includes both high levels of hemp actives including phytonutrients and terpenes. This guarantees our customers a consistent, pure, and premium product.

What does BROAD SPECTRUM mean?

"Broad Spectrum" refers to the pure oil extraction process from the hemp plant that contains all of the original full spectrum profile compounds MINUS the the THC found in the original hemp plant.

What does 99%+ PURE ISOLATE mean?

"Isolate" refers to the pure oil extraction process from the hemp plant that contains only a single photo-compound. Unlike full spectrum, pure isolate extract contains only the single natural active in 99%+ pure isolated form.

What method of extraction does Super Snouts Hemp Company use?

Our Broad Spectrum Products are extracted by using an inline hybrid of C02 and food-grade alcohol (by plants for plants) that is safe and used throughout the food and pharmaceutical industry. This is the cleanest method of extraction known. Super Snouts' supplier's proprietary technology removes all alcohol leaving no trace behind.  ZERO.  The raw material test results on this website are provided to ensure there is no solvent, no heavy metals, no THC, and no pesticide residues found in the hemp oil.  It is important to note that none of the CO2 extracted oil in the market are solvent-free as they are winterized and purified using ethanol.  It is also worth noting that food grade alcohol not only pulls more of the full plant profile from the plant,  it is also recyclable up to 7 times,  making it one of the greenest extraction technologies.

Our 99%+ Pure Isolate products are extracted using Co2 extraction method.

Why are all Super Snouts Hemp Products Non-Detectable THC?

Super Snouts Hemp company under the scientific and veterinary direction of our suppliers leading Veterinarian and Pharmaceutical Engineer strives to provide non toxic products for pets. As THC is toxic to dogs, it is critical to have products that offer the medicinal potential of hemp actives without the toxicity (for dogs) due to THC. Our suppliers' technology ensures products that contain non-detectable THC.

I have heard from other pet hemp companies that isolates are inferior and even toxic?

This is simply not true and most likely a marketing ploy since other companies do not carry pharmaceutical-grade isolates. Our isolates are a 99%+ pure premium product that is currently being studied and tested by large pharmaceutical companies in the human space (to a tune of over a BILLION dollar investment). All of our Isolates are Co2 extracted and pure. It does not destroy the rest of the profiles as they are isolated as well. For example... when a full-spectrum oil extraction is "isolated out", each compound can be isolated for different uses. CBG (Cannabigerol) is isolated out for glaucoma patients and sold on the market for approx. $50K per Kg. Our Kentucky supplier uses the entire plant and then isolates out each phyto-compound for different uses and issues. Some of our best testimonials have come from Isolate products.

Should I give my pet Broad Spectrum or Isolate?

Some people prefer to give their pets hemp-derived products in conjunction with all other naturally occurring phytonutrients (broad-spectrum). Others prefer to only use isolated phytocompounds (isolate). With limited medical research existing, it is a personal preference as to which one works best for individual pets. Super Snouts offers both Broad Spectrum and 99%+ pure Isolate oils for pets.

How do hemp-derived products work?

Hemp products work through a number of complex receptor reactions  in our pet's bodies. Unlike THC (the psychoactive compound that causes the "high"), other hemp actives do not bind to the CB1 receptors and therefore do not produce a psychoactive result or "high".  Hemp actives simply supplement mammal's endocannabinoid system (ECS). The ECS serves to help the body’s immune, central nervous, and digestive systems maintain balance. Click here to read more on the ECS.

How do I give your products to my pet?

Tinctures: Gently squeeze the dropper of oil directly into the mouth between the cheek and the gum and let it absorb sublingually.  Oil based tinctures should not be put on food or within 20 minutes of feeding  to allow sub-mucosal absorption in the mouth. Alternatively, you could place the dosage amount on a spoon and encourage your pet to lick so that it is absorbed by the tongue.

Gel Caps and Soft Chews: Orally

How long will it take the product to take effect/work?

Depending on the pet and the pet's metabolism, it can take between 30-45 minutes to take effect.

Will my pet get "high" using this product?

Absolutely not.  A proprietary engineering process ensures that all unwanted compounds are removed. The compound Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the psychoactive compound that causes the "high" is 100% removed from our products.

What are the ingredients in the Broad Spectrum hemp oil products?

Certified Organic, Virgin Hemp Seed Oil,  Full Spectrum photo-compound rich hemp extract.

What are the ingredients in the Isolate products?

Are the milligrams on the bottle per serving or for the entire bottle?

Milligrams are per serving

Are Super Snouts hemp products tested for potency, safety, and quality?
